Growing up in a military family, Arch moved homes every few years and understands the stresses and complexities of finding a new home and transitioning into a new community. In the late 1990s, Arch settled in The Woodlands, TX, and has since called it home. Over the last two decades, he has experienced the remarkable transformation of the Township, including the development of The Woodlands Waterway, large corporations moving into the area, the accompanying increase in jobs, and real estate development.
Arch earned a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has two decades of experience in Investments, Finance, Marketing and Contract Development within the Engineering, Construction, and Oil and Gas industries. This knowledge, coupled with living in The Woodlands area for more than 25 years, provides him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the brokerage's listings. Arch's clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and customer focused.
In his free time, Arch enjoys giving back to his community. He actively serves on the Board of Directors for Henry's Home Horse & Human Sanctuary, a 503c non-profit organization located in Conroe, TX. Henry's Home provides a soulful, therapeutic retreat and equine assisted learning programs in support of Military Veterans, and retired first responders.
