Treetop Realty Group was founded in 2025 with a vision to build a real estate brokerage rooted in local expertise, exceptional service, and a culture that supports both clients and agents. The journey began in late 2020, when founder, Arch Currid, entered the residential real estate industry during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 housing market. Through that experience, he recognized a growing need for clearer guidance, stronger communication, and a more supportive brokerage environment for both clients and agents.
Based in Montgomery County, Texas, Treetop Realty Group proudly serves communities including The Woodlands, Magnolia, Montgomery, and Conroe. The brokerage focuses on delivering knowledgeable, personalized service to buyers and sellers while steadily building a reputation among the premier boutique brokerages in the region’s luxury market.

Arch took so much stress out of finding a new home. We moved from out of state and had 2 days to look at 20 homes. He did the homework to map out our day based on location and viewing availability. He had background knowledge of each home along with printed out information for me and a clipboard with paper so I could take notes to reference later. Once we had our top two choices his knowledge on the market helped us make the best choice and negotiate great terms! While I never want to move again, if I have to I would use Arch again as my realtor!

Moving to the Houston area from out of state, Arch made it as simple as it could have possibly been. His knowledge of the area and market helped us make a lot of quick decisions with confidence.
