Raised in The Woodlands, Texas, Arch Currid has called Montgomery County home since 1997. Having watched the area grow into one of the most desirable communities north of Houston, he brings a deep understanding of the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and market dynamics that make The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, and Montgomery such exceptional places to live.
Arch earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin before spending almost 20 years working in investments, finance, marketing, and business development within the engineering, construction, and oil and gas industries. This background sharpened his skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and market analysis, tools he now uses to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
He began his real estate career in 2020 and earned his Texas Broker license in 2025, founding Treetop Realty Group, a boutique brokerage built around stronger mentorship, better communication, and elevated service for both agents and clients.
Guided by the company philosophy of “Local Roots. Higher Expectations.”, Arch delivers a personalized and strategic approach to every transaction.
Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, home improvement projects, attending community events, and relaxing by the pool after a busy week serving clients across Montgomery County.

Born in The Woodlands and raised in Cypress, Texas, Ryleigh has deep roots throughout Montgomery and Harris Counties with a strong familiarity of the Magnolia, Pinehurst, Stagecoach, Tomball, and Cypress communities she proudly serves.
Real estate runs in Ryleigh’s blood. Her grandmother, a highly respected broker with over 40 years in the industry, served as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors (1992), Vice President of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors (1999), and President of MCAR (2000). Growing up surrounded by her grandmother’s legacy and seeing firsthand how meaningful relationships and community involvement can shape a successful career, Ryleigh developed a lifelong passion for real estate and helping others find their place to call home.
Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, Ryleigh spent six years in document management within the oil and gas industry - experience that honed her skills in organization, precision, and clear communication. These strengths, paired with her client-first mindset, allow her to deliver an exceptional level of professionalism and care in every transaction.
When she’s not helping clients with their real estate needs, Ryleigh enjoys baking, spending time outdoors, and being around horses whenever she can. A dedicated animal lover and advocate, she hopes to one day make a lasting impact in the rescue and foster community.
